No Returns/Refunds policy
We are not accepting any returns at this time. Any issues with shipping will be dealt by the shipping company and not by MoonStarLux. Any attempt to return to the address listed in the shipping label will be denied.

There will be NO returns or refunds on trading cards and collectibles.

If there is any issue with handmade products, we will evaluate the issue and determine the best option to fix the issue.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards and redemptions for streams.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. You will have 3 days upon receiving the item to notify us of any issues. This does not apply to trading cards/collectibles.
